The Stupid Streetcar.

My friend goes to school in the Beaches even though she lives down by Greenwood. Every day in the cold seasons she takes the TTC to and from school. Sometimes she'll miss a streetcar and be late, or one will take and extra 10 minutes to come, or many will come but not the right one. Today I walked to Queen St. with this friend, first I went into the magazine shop and "Friend" left to wait for the TTC. I took about 10 minutes. Then I went into Shoppers Drug Mart, I took about 25 minutes. When I got out I noticed a familiar pink bandana at the TTC stop. I ran over to discover it was "Friend". I said Hi then Bye and went into IGA, I took about 15 minutes. When I got out the pink bandana was still blowing in the breeze on that tangled-hair head; she was still there. I asked what was going on and she said her streetcar still hadn't come. As I walked away I couldn't help thinking that as we walked down the street to Queen we hadn't seen a streetcar pass. My mum decided to complain to the TTC people. The Stupid Streetcar!!!
